General conditions of sale, shipping and return
These are the Terms and Conditions adjusted to the contractual relationship for the purchase of products from Outer Ring MMO.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale described above apply exclusively to the contractual relationship between the user of the website designed as the “Customer” or “Buyer” and the website: https://shop.outerringmmo.com hereinafter referred to as “Outer Ring MMO” or the “Seller”.

Any order placed through the website Outer Ring MMO implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of Outer Ring MMO in force on the day the order is placed.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of purchase is the supply by Outer Ring MMO of the products offered in its Online Store, in exchange for an economic benefit.
It is understood that the Customer agrees to the general conditions presented in this text from the moment he accepts that he has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Prices
The prices published on the Outer Ring MMO website are in Euros and are valid at the time of viewing. All prices include VAT in force on the day the order is placed. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale.
Outer Ring MMO reserves the right to change our prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the rates in force indicated on the website at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
Availability of products
The completion of an order through the Outer Ring MMO website is subject to the availability of items at the time of order processing.
If the ordered product is not available, or if it is out of stock, the Customer will be informed by email and will be offered the possibility of replacing it with another of equal value or, alternatively, the refund of the amount paid.
Payment Methods
If Outer Ring MMO suspects any anomaly or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

In cryptocurrencies through the REMIBIT platform.

Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return a product you need to contact us by phone at 948 498 358 or by email at [email protected].
Items can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery. Except for discounted, clearance or discounted products.
For exchanges and returns, the costs are to be paid by the customer.
The products must be in perfect condition, unused, with the original labels attached to the garments and with the original packaging.
Once the returned product has been received, it will be checked and if it is in perfect condition, the amount of the shipment will be refunded, except for the shipping costs. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that was used for the purchase.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error (on the part of the company) in the shipment or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation of the order
In case of cancellation of an order, if it is communicated to Outer Ring MMO before the goods are shipped, the Customer will not incur any costs. However, if an order is cancelled after the departure of the order, the Customer will be responsible for both the shipping costs and the cost of returning it.
Modification of the General Conditions
Outer Ring MMO reserves the right to change the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as the General Conditions of Use. Customers can always access these Terms and Conditions to make any enquiry.
Customers will accept the General Conditions of Use before contracting any service available through the website.
Shipping and returns
Outer Ring MMO only delivers within Europe. For other destinations, please consult in advance.

DESTINATIONS, TARIFFS AND NOTES FROM THE TRANSPORT COMPANY
The transport company delivers the order to your home.
The cost of delivery will be paid by the buyer.
Our average order processing time is 2-5 working days for all products on our website (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some reasons why an order may be delivered later than expected:
- Problems with printing or embroidery files
- Products out of stock
- Delays related to shipping, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions or adverse weather conditions.
However, we strive to meet our estimated delivery times for each order so that our customers receive their order on time.
The courier will deliver the package to the address stated in the order as “Shipping Address”. Delivery can be made either in the morning or in the afternoon.
If you are absent, a second attempt will be made. We would appreciate it if the delivery address is set to an address where someone is available during working hours. If the shipment is returned by the courier company:
Due to an error in the delivery address provided: the customer shall bear the new costs incurred by the reshipment of the order. If the order is not resent, Outer Ring MMO will only refund the amount of the articles and in no case the amount corresponding to the shipping costs.

Observations:
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
The delay in the delivery of an order does not imply in any case its cancellation or the right to receive any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the Customer and the Customer signs the delivery note.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
